I met a dragon at the pet store today.
He asked me to take him home to play.
I said I'd have to ask my mom
He said, "I know what that means."

Your mom will think that dragons are too scary
Or maybe we're too hairy
But, we're not hairy scary, we're just scaly

Some dragons can be droopy
Dreary or dreamy or drooly
Red, green, orange, purple, silver, black or brown
Any color you can think of.

I didn't take that dragon home
I left him at the pet store with all the birds and cats and dogs.
But, I learned something from that dragon
