After the loss of my mother at 4 years old, no one told me what happened when she died. It wasn't until I was in my 30's that I found out the whole story. Then my wife left me for another man on the day after Christmas. I was pretty busted up until I decided that I had a long life ahead of me and changed my attitude to embrace the pain and move on with my life. This song was an emotional turning point for me. RpT
