Story Behind The Song
The last song on the album is the title track. This is a slow, jazz/blues ballad that would not look out of place in a smoky jazz club late at night. Even if I say so myself, I was particularly pleased with the bluesy piano sections on this one.

VERSE ONE:
I?ve found the place and I?ve found the mood
All I see before me is a shade of perfect blue
No need to tie my hands in chains
No need to burn me with this pain
Swimming in my eyes is a perfect blue
VERSE TWO:
I see the night, I see a crystal moon
Night into day comes a shade of perfect blue
All that I hear like a feint lullaby
An echo of love only you can deny
Take it from me it?s a perfect blue
VERSE THREE: INSTRUMENTAL
VERSE FOUR:
I?ve found the place and I?ve found the mood
All I see before me is a shade of perfect blue
All that I hear like a feint lullaby
An echo of love only you can deny
Take it from me it?s a perfect blue
