Story Behind The Song
Ida Funk is a jazzy funky tune that I wrote while performing with some great musicians at a restaurant in New York City called Ida Mae. It features different instruments like electric bass, electric guitar, trombone, tenor saxophone, a keytar flute and harmonica. The drums and percussion make it bop along and it appears on the Benoir and the Long Beach All-Stars album 11561.
