The officer at the door said I am sorry lady there is comfort knowing that he served his country bravely
But the words had no meaning
Her lover was gone for good

In the little breaks between her tears, they were far and few between the years, she questioned the purpose of the war where her lover died

Most people agree she thought. There is a time to fight. When you clearly see wrong from right. But it's funny how the money starts most the fights.

So on the dollar bill we're forced to ask does it really say in gold we trust
