Story Behind The Song
In some way, I believe that there are two sides of us. There?s the part that dreams, and by doing so, it sets standards and expectations. The other part is the one who does the work to accomplish the goals set by the first one. Internal conflicts occur when the expectations are too high or when the second part fails to perform. The end result is the same, regardless of the cause. And at some points in my life, I do feel that I have not done enough, or performed well enough to feel good about ?myself?. And I get angry out of my frustration to get aggressive towards ?me?.
Song Description
This song is about a man?s inner struggle to do better because he feels he is not doing good enough. His anger and frustration is reflected by the aggressive, yet controlled, mood of the entire song. The calming break at the middle of the song symbolises the tranquility that the character still possesses with the knowledge that whatever he is going through shall pass, but what?s stopping him from letting out a little steam?

Lyrics
Wise men came here one more time,
To stand beside you, but not to guide you through the night.
One of them said, ?Don?t close your eyes?,
?Can you see the light? Deny your sight because it?s all in your mind.?
*
All by myself, I could never find my truce.
When I?m all by myself, I could never find my truce here.
How does it feel to be where you are?
With the little that you have, and the little that you?ve had,
Can you blame it all on me?
