I think this song is a hit. It has great instrumentals great vocals and I really good original sound. I also think that it has sort of an 80s feel and the eighties are back so now's the time to put the song like this out on the market. Good job.

very catchy raw rock track with a frantic feel to it. really liked the guitar solos and the style of the track
wild and cool

Lyrics

I Don't Want To Be Like That

I try to be good people
It seems to be in vain
There's no fix or medication
When others drive you insane
They swoop down like vultures
It's the deviants that falll through the cracks
They're out for blood and they steal your pride
So I always watch my back

And you know that wherever you may run
There's nowhere to hide and nothing can be done

Chorus 1
I'm tired of the fakes and the losers
No I don't want to be like that
And the two-faced people who use you
No I don't want to be like that
And the clowns who claim they've made it
Now where's the proof to all that
Believe me when I tell you my friend
I don't want to be like that

I don't claim to know all the answers
Don't preach to know the right path
But everytime I lend a helping hand
I always get kicked in the ass
It's tough to live with these imperfections
Your patience wears oh so thin
And though I'll never be one of the chosen few
It's hard to take it in the chin

And you know that wherever you may run
There's nowhere to hide and nothing can be done

Chorus 2
I'm tired of all the neurotics
No I don't want to be like that
I've also met the psychotics
No I don't want to be like that
And the hypocrites that surround you
Who will smile and stab you in the back
Believe me when I tell you my friend
I don't want to be like that

If life leads you astray down a dead end street
Let temptation run its course
Look in the mirror that's how you sleep
