Story Behind The Song

This song can be applied to many situations, but when I was starting to write it with my producer, I had one main motivation: bullying. As a child and teen, I was bullied. It started at age 6 with simply verbal abuse, and it eventually reached some physical abuse. At the time I wrote this song, age 14-15, I was being bullied for liking a popular guy. I wanted to write a song to show the world that I will be someone someday, and I won't let anyone tell me I can't.
