Story Behind The Song

Originally commissioned by a middle school band in Bonham, Texas, the piece was later developed out for full orchestra and choir to be used in a church setting. The original band arrangement is currently on the Texas UIL prescribed music list.

Song Description

Very flowing and melodic. The Beginning starts with a small wind ensemble. Intensity builds into a full choir and orchestra in the middle followed by an ending that returns to the small ensemble.
