Twinkle for Jennifer

Song Description

Twinkle for Jennifer A while ago I loaded and listened to, music on Reverbnation. There I heard a Celtic version of Twinkle Twinkle little Star. So since I always wanted to write a version of that nursery rhyme I wrote this for the composer of that Celtic presentation. This seemed to be when her career exploded. Jennifer was Jennifer Thomas, who is pretty well known now. This is kind of a classical interpretation with a lot of strings, and a couple of electronic instruments. Jennifer liked it, and I hope you also will enjoy Twinkle for Jennifer.

Sort of the next generation for Twinkle little stat.

Nice cove of this old children's sing. Very enjoyable

The starting melody is fun and deceiving. And then a whole different musical attitude blossoms from that.

I like the 'string' sound that you used. It's not trying to be a true string, it's syth-y, and lends itself well to this piece of music.

This piece is well- developed over the course of the time it occupies. It is harmonically interesting.

This another piece I wish I had time to play with in my own studio.

I really like the sound of the piano and the orchestra in the background of this piece.
