Story Behind The Song
I wrote this song for my niece Angela and also for all the family members that have passed...
This one is a tough one, and it was really hard to get though it. I always had this memory of the last day I saw my niece Angela (my sister Lisa's daughter). I was on my work lunch break and driving back to work. I saw her as she had been pulled over (maybe for speeding, I never found out) I wanted to pull over but thought I'd be in the way of what was going on, so I just went back to work. It has always been on my mind that this was the last time I saw her before she so tragically passed away.
The idea of never knowing when the day might come that a loved one won't be there, makes you realize that today is the most important thing of all. Get in touch now! Be involved.

Lyrics
I saw you standing there, by the side of the road
Glanced over my shoulder, and I thought of you as I drove
Cause I knew that I'd be seeing you,
so I just kept moving on
Put it off until tomorrow, now it's been so long
And these days, they just go by
And the memories that we hold and carry on
So many of our loved ones lost
You turn around and then they're gone
Now I realized I never answered when you called
And now is the moment, the most important thing of all
How was I to know?
How does anyone, ever know?
This would be the last time
This would be the last time
This would be the very last time I'd see you
How was I to know?
How does anyone, ever know?
This would be the last time
This would be the last time
Don't let it be the very last time I see you
