Lyrics
I slipped on the tears that they made me cry,
My heart waxed cold as it surely died.
I walked in the darkness searching for light,
No matter which way it was never right.
Like a weeping willow my tears made grow,
The wilting grass on the ground below.
My continence grew ever so sour,
My heart it ached through the endless hour.
I walked in the desert in the heat of the sand,
Wandering aimlessly looking for a hand.
I looked through the dust and what did I see,
A mirage of my life that was already me.
