I was coming home from a dinner date with my wife, we were in seperate cars. I was just appreciating her and thinking of the the things I don't do. The title and melody came right away, I just filled in the blanks with the truth. The song came from such a real place...it made her happy teardrops fall when I gave her this demo on mother's day. People hear it when I play live and men and women seem to relate. My most reqested song.
