Psynopsis : A song about abandoning friends and the guilty conscience that goes with it against the backdrop
of father time ticking...tic toc tic toc...hence " The Ticking Pendelum ". A simple plea for change.
Had a little faster tempo with Billy Joel's singing style in mind. Either gender, but better suited for
a Male Vocalist. Maybe some background vocals adding more needed hooks singing or wisper-
ing " The Ticking Pendelum " in the gaps between Verse Groups.
