Story Behind The Song

I wrote it because I saw that there really wasn't a female singer saying that and for me, I listen to R&B artists, and I hadn't heard anyone get right in your face with this concept. For me it made sense to say it, and say it in this way. Every body has that something that pops about them, stop hiding it and let it go! This song was also a bit of an affirmation for me too! Every one needs to hear this sometime.
