Story Behind The Song

I wrote this song on a lonely night when my lover went away for a business trip. I would call his phone and he would be in a position where he was not able to converse with me. It went on for almost 5 days. I felt so uneasy inside, as if I craved for his love. Initially I wrote it from a females perspective, but when I went to my producer he thought it would be a great idea to switch the lyrics up to come from a males stand point.

Song Description

The song starts off by the guy telling the girl that he has been craving her energy, her presence, her touch, and wants her to come to where he is. He then goes more in detail and describes how he feels. He tells her that he hasn't been eating or sleeping and can barely breathe. The only way to cure these symptoms is for her to come over. Later in the song the girl confirms that she has been craving his energy, in other words, missing him too, and that she needs him.
