Story Behind The Song
Inspired by the Live 8 concert a few years back, I wrote this song about a kid in Africa relying on help from the west. I a few weeks ago I wrote the music for it and immediately booked a studio to record it.

Lyrics
Believe in You
Guy Karmi
You said you'll never leave me
Even though I don't belong
It's not just about the money
Or the fact that I'm not strong
You built me up a fire
And a shelter from the storm
Soon there will be others
That will come to keep me warm
Pre-Chorus:
And it's a cruel world and I'm sick and I'm tired
And I'm trying not to fall; trying not to fall
And it's a long flight; I know that you're tired
But I'm trying not fall; trying not to fall
Chorus
And I will believe in you
Give you something to rescue
And I know from your voice that it won't be long
You bring hope to my family
To the ones that have lost it
I Thank god that he sent you to fix the wrong
You took all that was empty
And turned it into full
You picked up a brick and one hand
And turned it into a school
Half Pre-Chorus
Chorus
You said I taught you more by showing you a way
To step up and show the world a way
To reach out and prove there is a way
To make each day like a holiday
Guitar solo
Half Pre-Chorus
Repeat Chorus
