Lyrics
i'LL BE ALRIGHT
I don't always get the blues
When the trees die in the wintertime
And I'm not feelin' down
When a friend is laid to rest
And I won't wear a frown
When I'm all alone in a strange new town
Cause all I have to do
Is take one look at you
And I'LL BE ALRIGHT
I won't shed a tear
If there's not much of a crowd tonight
And I'm not gonna cry
If they don't like my songs
And you won't hear me weepin'
When I'm on the phone with you
Cause all I have to do
Is take one look at you
And I'LL BE ALRIGHT
Because the picture that you gave me
Wipes away the sadness in my heart
And it helps me along
Whenever we're apart
That five by seven photograph
Is a happy memory
And all I have to do
Is take one look at you
And I'LL BE ALRIGHT
I don't always get the blues
When the trees die in the wintertime
And I'm not gonna cry
If they don't like my songs
And I won't even care
If the bus breaks down on the edge of town
Cause all I have to do
Is take one look at you
And I'LL BE ALRIGHT
And when I get the chance
I'll take another glance
And I'LL BE ALRIGHT
I'LL BE ALRIGHT
