Broadjam Member Reviews

I like the feel of the song. It has a slightly eccentric ambience like something Holger Czukay might have done. It's very catchy, particularly the chorus. Lovely bridge at 2.53, almost Middle Eastern/Led Zeppelin like. I like the use of block vocals on the choruses. Nice use of drums. Good sound quality.

    - David James

Good Job, many different instruments, busy song. I like the different progression changes. Has genres inside a genre. The song has a nice rhythm. Good recording quality. I like the bass guitar.I could see this song being played in movies, television or radio. Has a world sound, something every one can relate too.

    - Robert Gutierrez
Lyrics

English translation:

Grain By Grain
A Dried Rain
The Sand Of Time
Falls And Stains
Our Minds

There Is No Shade
And The Sun Is A Blade
In The Sand Storm
We Try To Wade
The Desert Scorn

(refrain)
June Sings Its New Tune
And Soon
A Dense Perfume Will Bloom
From The Only Flower
That Grows Through The Hours
Looming
Among Deserted Dunes

We'd All Wish To Fall
In The Niagara Falls
It's Like A Far Melody
That Constantly Calls
Oh To Fall In The Falls
Again And Again
But These Visions Of Sahara
Are All That Remains

Grain By Grain
A Dried Rain
The Sand Of Time
Falls And Stains
Our Minds

There Is No Shade
The Sun Doesn't Fade
In The Sand Storm
We Try To Wade
The Desert Scorn

(repeat refrain)

We'd All Wish To Fall
Into The Ocean Shores
It's Like A Far Melody
That Constantly Calls
We Sailed The Desert
In Our Quest For Moist Shades
We Never Got To The Sea
But We Always Hear The Waves
