Lyrics
SONS OF MARS
The same Sun sets
Though it?s smaller in the sky
Sanding planes of red
Will turn a wetter red
Sons of Mars are marching
Hopeless but not broken
They sing a song that keeps them moving in their time
They say bury me far from here
Millions of miles away
I can almost see the blue star
No turning back the enemy has come
Spines pressed to cliffs
Retreat cannot be done
Sons of Mars are fighting
Desperate though bravely
The scream a song that keeps them firing though blind
They say bury me where I fall
Not an inch away
From where my blood colors a world
Sons of Mars are buried
But they?re not forgotten
A monument in scarlet orbits round the sun
It says see what we?ve all done
And the price that?s paid
Keep it far from that blue star
