Story Behind The Song

A freind visited Sedona and came back telling of the "vortex" he visited and speaking of the mystical energies supposedly associated with Sedona. I envisioned waking in a tin roof covered shack and standing on the porch stretching to greet the rising sun, A calm, quiet drizzle rains on the porch roof as I begin this beautiful day. The trickling rain has a meditative effect and I'm transported into flying across the desert sky. I tried to convey this vision my lyrics.

Methodically calm. A peacful beginning to a new day full of potential. The warmth of the Sedona sky awakens the spirit. Giving life a shadowed and comfortable place to rest.
