Story Behind The Song
A few months ago I wrote a song with the lyric "I fell in love the first time 8 times this week." Later,Ken and I were discussing various music subjects while dining out and we were doing the usual guy thing of girl watching. Ken later took that feeling and wrote some lyrics to start this song. I tried several melody styles before settling on this one. We trimmed and rewrote, rewrote,rewrote until we both liked this version. Then we took it to Green Jeans studios for recording. To get a more country sound we hired Dillon Cowing to do the lead vocals.
I'm with ASCAP, Ken is with BMI and we have agreed to splitting the writing and sales 50/50.

Song Description
A man is at a bar one evening with some friends and instantly falls in love with a woman or two or three or four. The later the evening the less picky he becomes about a potential pickup. Before he can find the right oportunity and courage to introduce himself to "Mrs. Right" some other fellow sweeps her off her feet. Alas, all is not lost for our singer as there is a 5th girl to fall in love with at first sight just coming into view.
