Story Behind The Song

Musicians have their styles and apparently mine were becoming too obvious. A friend of mine commented that my 'stuff' was all starting to sound the same. Now, he's a jazz artist so I'll cut him a little slack, but I did focus on arranging my chord progressions ANY other way than previous. I came up with 18 consecutive, non-duplicating chord in a progression, that eventually becomes a canon in that it ends where it began, and then repeats.

Song Description

If we expect to grow, then we should know faith, patience and responsibility. These tests, and others, will show us where we are weak and need strengthening. Find others in life who are good examples of this in life, and follow that example. Learn from those who are better, so that we in turn might be better, and a brighter light for others to follow. Raise us all to that higher level.
