Lyrics
Jenny steps out off the car
to the streets ahead
and she's looking like a star
floating way above your head
and she takes you to her room
and takes off your clothes
and she weaves you in her loom
till you're a part of her
and it wont be long
till Jenny moves along
and Jenny's got a bottle
and Jenny's got a drug
you cant substitute the feeling
you cant substitute the love
and Jenny's lookin at you
and you're thinking she's the one
but she flies so high above you
and lies so close beside you
Jenny looks you in the eye
in her black knee high boots
and you're fishing for a sign
that her caccoons broken loose
but she seems to be so cold
and her black eyes alone
and its her you want to hold
you want to make her feel at home
and you wont have to wait
till she slips you the bait
and Jenny's got a bottle
and Jenny's got a gun
and she is pointing at you
but its just in the fun
and Jenny pulls your trigger
and bam your on the floor
writhing in your anger
and Jenny slams the door
and shes gone
she was always on her own
its a phase
or maybe its the place you fear the most
its the place you wanna go
its the pain you feel without her
the hate you feel around her
the whisper of the lover
the pulling of the covers
shes gone
