Story Behind The Song

I've been working with Ken for quite some time now since 1998. Ken and Chuck approached me about starting a new project and recording and they had the music for this song. Usually when me and Ken hook up I come up with lyrics pretty fast and sometimes he already has lyrics. So they played me this song and the lyrics came out within a few days of just rehearsing. The song is about many things in my life ranging mostly from Life, Love and Music including some time I spent in prison. This song came about when I was trying really hard to get my life together and this is the end result.

Song Description

In the past I have put my life on hold for many things. Love, Music, Friends, Family. For the most part I have put my family and personal life on hold for the music. Then sacraficed the music a number of times to continue on with life which ends up being an endless vicious cycle. So thats how I came up with the title of the song.
