Finding shelter from the storm
And the water, the rising water
In a fight that must be won
For survival we move on

Clouds roll in and darkness looms
Somewhere a flower comes to bloom
The fragile veil of life is torn
In the struggle love is borne

When the broken hearted reconcile
When a mother calms her angry child
When every dreamer finds the sun
When love prevails, peace will come

There's a battle raging somewhere
If only it could end tonight
A little girl prays for a father
Please come home....
In a quiet voice she whispers
Speaking to the ties that bind
Standing strong in her belief
That peace will come...
And He will come...

Finding shelter from the storm
Somewhere past the fog of war
May God's embrace keep us from harm
When love prevails, peace will come
When love prevails, peace will come

Great sound ! A most enjoyable listen , loved the mix .

Really pleasant and soulful piece with touching lyrics and low-key instrumentation that fits very well, because the lyrics need to be up front, which they are. Just a very nice song overall.

A mellow, but effective style that beautifully demonstrates how to get a message across without volume! Nice job!

Really cool song!! You've created a great musical vibe here, and the vocal is awesome!! The production/musicianship is completely top shelf. This is beyond GREAT!!!
