When a death or other major loss occurs it feels like the pain felt on day one and two is here to stay. It's hard to imagine it will ever fade, but this song gives a message of hope -- that five or ten years down the road, looking back, it is amazing how far away the past can seem.

Time Will Fly gives one side of a conversation between friends -- words of hope spoken to a person feeling the pain of a loss. The music features soaring melody and harmony on the chorus, reminiscent of the flying of time.
