I'd say this song was more of a classic soul tune...and I mean that with the highest praise. Beautiful sentiment, nice arrangement, great vocals! We don't have enough music like this anymore...genuine.

A beautiful-sounding track with a full rich arrangement and a tune that falls into place very comfortably. The piano accompaniment is strong and the song builds powerfully. Although key changes can be a cliche in country music, this song has a very clever change from the bridge to a chorus which really works.
The premise is not new but it is well written with a clear message, carried through all sections. The clever hook seems familiar and is very memorable. The vocal is strong and securely performed with plenty of feeling.

Decent intro, rolls into great instrumentation. The vocals are clear and crisp and are mixed good to not create any listener issues (fatigue etc etc). Vocals are well rehearsed and pitch feels good. Overall feel is great except this feels more R&B then country. This is a good feel of Whitney Houston without the higher notes and reaches in vocals.

This is a very good production I like the lyrics it's a great song the singer does a great job you can hear the passion in the singers vocals on this track, I think this would be a perfect song to pitch to Faith Hill for her consideration in recording or even to Martina McBride. I think this song definitely has great potential to be placed in a film.

This would fall into a spiritual or inspirational genre with contemporary Christian and Country Christian crossover appeal...The message is positive much like I Hope You Dance which was a huge hit crossover song...The lyrics are coming from a mothers perspective wishing love and peace to their child...very catchy and memorable melodic lines...excellent vocal...loved the chord changes....
