Story Behind The Song

I woke up one day thinking about the fact that I had very little that was needed to be done. So I felt calm and relaxed, peaceful. My neighbor has a water feature in his back yard that produces a very soothing sound of moving water. Of course, my imagination got the best of me and the result was Waiting by the River!
