Song Description

Loosely surrounding the scripture Proverbs 3:3-6 Trust the Lord with all your heart, this song tells of the need to put all our fears in God's Hands and have Faith and focus squarely on Jesus.

Story Behind the Song

In 1990, Ed Luisi and Joe DeSanctis, two close friends and involved music ministers in nearby churches, merged minds to create this song. It was performed many times over the years and has only recently been dusted off and given a new recording.

1-In troubled times when you seem alone
When every single thing just turns out wrong
Take the time it will feed you.
It?s times like these when you?re not so sure
Who you need or what you?re looking for,
Just call on one who can lead you.
With faith, true faith like the light of a flame
Life will never ever be the same
By believing without seeing
You will find life through His name.. (Chorus)

Chorus: His Name is?Jesus, Ruler of all men, His name is
Jesus, He died for all our sins, His name is Jesus,
Savior and our Lord, His name is Jesus.

2-It might not be fair, you might not understand
Still place it all in someone else?s hands
Just remember there?s a reason
Rest! Trust! Put your burden down, call out His name
And what was lost will soon be found.
He?ll remember ?cause He needs you.
With faith, true faith like a light of a flame
Love will never ever be the same
By believing without seeing
You will find love through His Name..(Chorus)

Break: Trust the Lord with all your heart; and lean not on your own.
In all your ways remember Him. He will be your guide.
Call Him?. (Chorus)
