Wild Hibiscus

Story Behind The Song

This song is really three different songs in one, and they repeat one after the other. There's a rockabilly part, a spaghetti western part and ballad-like part at the end. It's quite a diverse song.l

Song Description

I had in my mind for some time to write a rock instrumental, like Link Ray or the Ventures. But about what? I was taking a boat ride up the Apalachicola River, and I saw a legendary plant blooming wild - The Wild Hibiscus. It blew my mind, and out came this song!
