Lyrics
Verse 1
She had a smile that could break the rain
Her laughter danced through the halls of pain
Autumn's leaves fell but her spirit grew
A tiny flame in a world so blue
Pre-chorus
She held their hands
She dried their tears
A child who fought beyond her years
Chorus
Autumn
You were the light in the dark
A flicker of hope
A beating heart
When the shadows loomed
You stood so tall
Autumn
You gave your love to us all
Verse 2
Her voice would hum like a fragile song
Whispered strength to those barely holding on
She painted skies on the hospital walls
In every crack she found something small
Pre-chorus
To make them laugh
To make them dream
Autumn's light a golden beam
Chorus
Autumn
You were the light in the dark
A flicker of hope
A beating heart
When the shadows loomed
You stood so tall
Autumn
You gave your love to us all
Autumn
You were the light in the dark
A flicker of hope
A beating heart
When the shadows loomed
You stood so tall
Autumn
You gave your love to us all
