Story Behind The Song
If I were to choose one song that would represent the true essence of the album, it'll be "A Matter of Time". The message is close to my heart. I believe that a lot of the struggles we have - personal, political and economical - could be solved with real, genuine dialogue and a belief that compromise is not only possible, but also essential. A Matter of Time also combines my Indian heritage with my European roots.

Lyrics
it takes time to realize that no-mans land is somewhere in-between. a friendship goin' wrong an' the tolerance it takes to make a dream come true. it takes two to compromise give an' take's no really all that hard to find. try to carry on like this an' the bitterness becomes a state of mind ¤ it's a matter of time, takes a matter of time, it just takes time, to change your mind, a matter of time, give me one more time. you an' me, me an' you compromise. i don't want another only wanna spend my life with you. can't you see it's easy compromise is all we need to do ¤ no is not a way or an answer to our situation. we can talk it out all we need's a little conversation. meetin' in the middle we can reach out for a thing called harmony. it takes two to fall in love, an' it wasn't long ago that you loved me, loved me. ¤ it's a matter of time, (takes a little bit of love), takes a matter of time. it just takes time (takes a little bit of understanding), to change your mind, a matter of time, (takes a little bit of compromising), give me one more time. you an' me, me an' you compromise (takes a little bit of love). i don't want another only wanna spend my life with you. can't you see it's easy compromise is all we need to do
