Music Publisher, Artist Manager, Song Plugger

Chris Keaton has been pitching songs as a song plugger for more than fifteen years. During that time, he has had his own company and formerly held the post of general manager for the late Barbara Orbison's Still Working Music Group. While there he pitched the Roy Orbison catalog and the catalogs of fifteen other writers.

Chris Keaton has had numerous cuts including "Have You Seen Her, Have You Seen Him" (Reba/Brooks and Dunn #1), "Roundabout Way" (George Strait #1), "Wrong Again" (Martina McBride #1), and "Every Time" (Pam Tillis). And in the last several years cuts by Trisha Yearwood ("Seven Year Ache"), George Strait ("Stars on the Water"), international artist Haydain Neale ("You Oughta Know", charted in fifteen countries) and a song on the soundtrack to Mel Gibson's film We Were Soldiers ("Some Mother's Son").

Other cuts include the Lonestar single "Let's Be Us Again" and the Brooks and Dunn single, "Building Bridges." He has also placed over 55 songs on independent projects both in the US and abroad.

Keaton has also had songs placed in many television shows including Passions, One Life To Live, Party of Five, MTV Road Rules and Love Monkey.
