Phyllis Forman

Phyllis Forman (vocals/lyricist)- Phyllis began singing and writing lyrics in 2002. She created her band, Queen Tipsy in 2003. Before that she had appeared frequently with the Michael Packer Blues Band in Staten Island, New York City. Phyllis has a strong visual arts background and has been co-writing original songs with guitarist Jon Specter since 2005.

Jon Specter

Jon (guitar/vocals)- Jon has played with some of the great legends of blues music, performing with the likes of; Otis Rush, Big Mama Thorton, Lightning Hopkins, J. B. Hutto, Dr. John, Champion Jack Dupree, Johnny Johnson, The Neville Brothers, Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown, Pinetop Perkins as well as Sam & Dave, Ronnie Baker Brooks, Jaco Pastorious, Buddy Miles and the Chamber Brothers to name a few.
Jon joined The Dave Keyes Band in the mid 1990's after several years of playing and touring with The Eddie Kirkland Band. The Dave keyes Band won an award in Memphis, TN. They were recognized as the "Best Unsigned Band in the United States" at the International Blues Challenge of 2000. In 1999, David Johanson asked Jon to perform in his band. He now plays with Queen Tipsy in and around New York City. Jon currently co-writes original songs with lyricist Phillis Forman.
