Innate Forte - The Story Goes
As individuals they possess the traits and magic of the greatest solo artists, as a group they amalgamate raw passion and the innate ability to captivate an audience through blended harmonies and swift, precise choreography. Who are they they are the talent within they are Innate Forte.
We started singing together out of Church around three years ago and I guess the force created as a unit was too hard to resist, everyone else around us at the time said that this was inevitable
The group then began to write and produce their own material, appearing at various talent shows around London, aided with only the support of passion and a rapidly sprouting fan base. Their portfolio began to mature with time, and their experience on stage became apparent, Innate Forte began to cause a buzz on the UK underground scene. In January 2004, Jean Shyaka, producer and CEO of Vivid Cutz Productions, scouted the group and began working with them on several tracks they had penned. Under Vivid Cutz the boys production knowledge grew and their writing skills developed immensely.
In July 2004 the boys performed at the international musical convention, Coin Street Festival, where they left a mixed generation audience in total awe and admiration. Innate Forte had successfully established themselves as a force to reckon with, finally they had absorbed a large enough fan base to be labelled aspiring Superstars. The unit as tight as brothers were now vocally and emotionally prepared to begin promoting their material on local radio stations, completely grid-locking Fundamental FM during the summer, they began to generate mass interest from international companies, including Seth Greenkys Green Keys Management and Brewer Shettles Liquid Fusion NYC.
August 2004, the group were called out to New York City by Liquid Fusion Records, the independent 17-year-old boys stood 3,800 miles away from home on their own, no guardians, only the disciplined attitude of determination and a mental focus to succeed. Whilst in New York, the boys performed for Brewer Shettles, CEO of Liquid Fusion. Amazed by the boys captivating essence, Brewer suggested the group allow Liquid Fusion to promote them; this resulted in a contract submitting Innate Forte for the Best-unsigned act at the 2005 Grammy Awards with their song Pop That.
Returning to London, with a promotional contract in sack and a whole new appreciation of the industry, Innate Forte teamed up with producer Sasha Farhadian and created the Da Vision Entertainment Group. Innate Forte could now focus their energies on the next stage of their plan, which was to continue their development as singers, dancers, entertainers, producers and writers. A key section of their plan would be their next venture out to music city itself, Atlanta.
Arriving in Atlanta Innate Forte was given the privilege of spending sometime working with the iconic vocal athlete and performance coach Jan Smith. Jan is a beautiful person, we call her Mama J because that’s exactly what she is to us, she is our mother, and we will always be proud to be her children. Jan Smith aided Innate Forte excel to a level so intense, a level matched by only the greatest of all performers, preparing the boys well for their New York promotions, and was only a matter of time before the boys unique talent and dedicated nature soon won over the management & representation from the iconic Ms Jan Smith.
