I own my own construction company and I'm CEO of an Independent Record company at PusHHard Records. I've been a member of the screen actor guild since 1994. I have three movie to my credit "The Mambo Kings" "Riot" and The Replacement Killers. In 1999 I attended AFI took a course in screen directing and recived a certificate of completion in 2000. Hey I just trying to do my thing and flex my wings.

Bio

I was born in Kansas City Mo I inherited a Jazz background from my father the late Robert Higgins. I receied my vocals from my mother Victoria Higgins. I started singing at the age of 10 as a first tenor at the New Hope baptist Church in the City of Wilmington Ca. Each summer my Elementary School would have talent shows and each show I would inter. The artist I looked up to was James Brown . I would dance to his song "Papas got a brand new bag" First place was my case. in the early 60's my family and I moved to the City of Compton. In the late 70's I formed my first group called the Madracals. We would sing at weddings, picknic's, school funtions and competed with other schools. Later I would graduate from Dominguez High School where I became amember of the School band. I played the first Trumpet under the direction of Dennis Patterson my band Director. In the late 70's I met Bobby Debarge through Phillp Ingram later to do some demo recording with the late Bobby Debarge to this day not a soul knew he and I worked together on differnt songs. I was a ghostwriter for some years for Bobby, I came up with the first verse in "I Call Your Name" I was paid $ 800 dollars for that verse, My mother asked me why did I give my verse away like that I told he "That the way you paying your dues sometimes" you have give to get. I play four different instruments Keyboards, Drums, Tenor Sax and trumpet. I became amember of ASCAP 2000 and completed my first CD Titled "Recycled Lives" and in 2002
