Consisting of stylish arrangements, rhythm breaks and soulful lyrics, Hollow Point 6 combines classic rock and metal influences with todays standard of modern pop/rock... Their musical culture speaks of restless youth, troubled relationships, and the desire for truth; displaying how everyday people rise above their frustrations in life. The band albeit very young in its conception are sophisticated in their simplified marketability. Particularly, their songs Break Me, and Final Stand are reminiscent of the old-fashioned spirit of rock and roll, which has always provided a strong and clear medium for the voices of the disheartened. Real life emotion is a consistent theme throughout their songwriting, and their atitude, as the atitude of most dreamers, suggests they can change the world iif they only try hard enough. Hollow Point 6 was formed by friends Jay, Johnny and Clang in early Nov. 06'. Kyle was referred to the guys by a mutual friend and immediately fit in with the crew. After about 4 months of heavy practice and a lineup change they are more focused and stronger than ever with great chemistry and a solid foundation of songwriting. The band lives by one rule only - there are no rules. The premise is, if it works it stays. Friends first, business second. We work hard together, we play hard together. - 3/07
