Like many musicians, Heathers passion to create became apparent very early in life. Born in a small mid-western town in 1985, she spent most of her childhood days choreographing dances and singing with her sisters, Lauren who is two years older and Natalie who is two years younger (yes, shes the middle child). Story-time in the late 90s took on a different twist in Heathers world. She would be the one who told the nightly bedtime stories and they would always be original works. Her parents called them the never ending stories as once her creative juices began to flow, they were not easily turned off. In late 2000, she scratched together enough money to buy her first guitar, an event that for Heather brought it all together. Within weeks, she had written her first song and since then hasnt looked back. A published poet and winner of scattered school writing contests, Heather has always found peace in her ability to put thoughts down on paper. Like canvas to an artist, a pen and paper has become a release valve, a reflection of past events, dreams & desires, and ultimately, the roadmap of her life. She reaches into her very soul to pull out her deepest emotions and then, standing naked to the world, she hangs them out for all to judge. Would she like to become the next Jewel? You bet! Would she like to be what society calls "famous"? Absolutely! But regardless of what the music Gods have in store, music will always be a part of her life, even when the dogs and cats are her only fans.
