Love Pocket began in 2010, as Nick Sansone and Dan Asaro came together through their love of groove oriented music. The duo has taken cues from influences that range from the heroes of early 50s/60s R&B, to classic 70s Funk/Disco, to 90s Hip-Hop staples, all the way through to present day Dance & Indie music. Love Pocket began a journey into their own realm of funk/soul/dance production. They began crafting their sound working in Brooklyn and Long Island. Mixing the analog and digital worlds, the duo aims to bring their love for groove oriented, dance inducing jams to all.
