This CD is packed with music that is soul moving, if you love to groove then this CD will get you there. All the lyrics were written by Paula, with the assistance of The Touch for certain vocal arrangements and backgrounds, with the exception of one song titled "Rest In Me" - by Carolyn Baron. Not your typical CCM songs, but songs that share elements of Jazz, House, Soul and Step Music Chicago style, all fused with Christian Praise and Worship, Gospel House and Inspirational lyrics. The CD is filled with music genre crossover elements that create a fantastic motivating crossover CD.
