Very few indie artists actually brave the waters of purely "doing it all yourself" (DIY). While not necessarily innovative, "This Living Room" is a fresh and incredible accomplishment for indie artist Matt Larson. Every track was written, engineered, tracked, mixed, and produced by Matt. The record has a throwback vibe akin to classic sixtiesesque records. It has that warmth and honesty that vinyl lovers cherrish. It's relaxed, but upbeat feel make it great for background music, your ipod study playlist, or your road trip mix tape.
