Henta has just released a new album called 'Laserium for the soul', which is a series of songs and instrumental pieces written with loving intent to bring in healing light and take you on a gentle journey of relaxation and meditation. Although each person actually has 32 chakras (ref 1) in total which extend above and below the body, she has concentrated on writing music for each of your main chakras. These are the Base, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown, as well as the Angel Chakra (ref 2), which is situated between your Third Eye and Crown Chakra and is associated with bringing more light into your energetic system. She has also written shorter bridge pieces that ease you from one chakra to another intended to lightly touch upon many of the other energy centres. Each of these chakras has an associated colour, vowel sound and musical key which help to activate their vibration. She has weaved these into the songs through the use of voice, melody, frequencies and vibration, all of which will help you to relax, heal and create balance in your body.
