Tony Varcoe is an Australian-based songwriter whose melodic, acoustic based songs cross pop, folk and rock and roots genres.
He has recently released an EP to showcase some his songs, several of which have been recognised by being a finalist, runner up or semi-finalist in various national and international song writing contests.
Tony is looking for quality artists to record and perform his songs.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Tony Varcoe is a songwriter whose writing style crosses a range of musical bridges including acoustic and contemporary folk, pure pop, roots and rock: but at the core of his songs are their strong melodies and life stories.
Tony's songwriting skills have been recognised by being a finalist or runner-up in international and national songwriting contests.

After many years of songwriting, Tony has recently recorded his first EP, "Long Hot Days". His interest and passion for natural environment and nature conservation is captured in songs such as "The Long Hot Days" and "All Hands On Deck", while his insights on relationships and friendships is portrayed in songs such as "Don't Let Them In", "Run Away" and "Somewhere Down the Line". "Run Away" features his sister Martine on backing vocals.
