Through You… the newest band to emerge out of the Central Florida music scene, is building their own brand of rock. Not to say there are not influences, but more to say, you rarely find this kind of diversity in influences captured in a single band. These guys have elements of Incubus meets Rage Against the Machine, meets Maroon 5 with a little Faith No More thrown in for good measure. The band is comprised of Mic. Kirkland as lead vocalist, King van den Berg on drums, Jeremy Morris on bass, and Michael van den Berg on guitar. Their debut record; an E.P. named Silhouette is comprised of 6 songs that are each very impressive. The record was recorded in New York at Vu Du Studios with Mike Watts (HopesFall) engineering and mixed by Jon Marshall Smith (Richard Buckner, Joey Ramone, Mosquitos). Silhouette is set for release in April on Parafora Music. Keep an eye out for Through You as they are currently planning a tour for the summer.
