The Steve Riley Band recorded their first album entitled "Riley...Miles From Nowhere" in 2003. Steve Riley paid for the entire project. The entire record was recorded in approx. 12 hours of studio time. In fact, the vocal tract was the last tract to be added and because of the fact that "money was running out", the entire vocal tract was laid down in 2 hours. Steve and band are looking to "re-record" the album or record a new album with new songs in addition to the seven (7) songs on "Riley...Miles From Nowhere".

As far as Radio Airplay, The Steve Riley Bands "Riley...Miles From Nowhere" has charted several times. For information on radio charts, please contact Sheheshe Music Services and/or The Planetary Radio Promotion. The CD resently finished a "West Coast Promotion" targeting the AAA and College Stations up and down the west coast from San Diego to University of Washington. The CD did quite well.

Steve Riley, the band's singer/songwriter, has been playing and writing music for over 30 years. Steve states "I finally found musicians who could feel the music and know what I was looking for". This is their first album.
