Alternative/indie rock from Cleveland, Ohio.

The Rails' Bio

The Rails began in the summer of 2001 when vocalist/guitarist Jeremy Willets returned home from college and was looking for a vehicle to explore his newly developing songwriting skills. He found it in guitarist/vocalist Drew Doman, his guitar teacher during high school. Jeff Harmon knew Willets through Doman, and agreed to do the drumming. After numerous false starts – and a few sessions worth of completed recordings that just didn't measure up – the band finished their debut album, Life’s a Lonely Ride, in the summer of 2006.

The Rails have been quick to earn an international following. They've been played on radio stations from Chile to Cleveland, and been reviewed by Internet fanzines in the United Kingdom, daily newspapers in the United States, and even the latest issue of Amplifier Magazine.

The band is currently playing gigs in and around Cleveland, and is hard at work recording new material.
