Jeff Perholtz (Guitar, Keys & Vocals) has been perfoming throughout the Cincinnati area for the past six years in bands such as the Smokehouse Records recording artist "TV Yellow" (a.k.a. Kid Charlemagne), Dr. Johnson and Thick Liquid. Jeff was reconized as one of the top twenty Cincinnati area artists in the 2002 97Xposure contest. His solo album "Spirit Rise" is available at www.cdbaby.com.

Misty Perholtz describes herself as, "Another gal singer/songwriter/guitarist. My tunes speak of wasted youth, old friends, family strife, and funny observations. I hear I'm vocally edgy and a little loud, but simple songs with decent hooks are what I'm about. If you like raw emotion and humor with your tea, check us out."

Jeff & Misty continue to work as full time recording engineers producing over 250 CDs & DVDs annually for Tri-State area professional groups, schools, and artists such as Jason Wells (For Algernon), Dave Davies, Dan Raines, Jennifer McNutt, ChaseLounge Wake and The Mini-Thins. They have also co-produced jingles for the Cincinnati Reds, and other Cincy shizzznit.

Then there's Chris Damele. Corporate accountant by day - Dr. FunkDaddy the Bass Playa when the stars come out at night. This laid-back cat ensures the dance floor is movin' and groovin'. Chris picked up an instrument for the first time 8 years ago and has been hooked ever since. On the side, Chris fronts his own original project, the Strolling Minstrels, and does taxes.

Last but not least the Drummer, Captain Tim Seiwert who at one time pirated his own vessel down on the banks of the Ohio now resides on a drumstool that serves as the backbone of the Newbees groove. Fresh off the nightmarish "murph an the magictones" type cruisehip band tour of the Carribean, Tim is ready to start sm57in' that snare drum and crack out some Newbees originals.

These four singer/songwriters make up a band where clever lyrics, rich harmonies, catchy melodies and a sense of humor attract an audience of all ages.
