The Drone is a musical endeavor conceived by 23 year old Milwaukee-native Josh Mack. Producer and DJ. As The Drone, he seeks to exemplify the human body's addiction to sound waves.
"The Drone" has a double-meaning;
It represents his machine-like dedication to the audience,
a being with one singular duty in life.
But it also serves to evoke an auditory/visual "image",
as a drone sound,
or hum,
that represents the buzz of humanity as we mindlessly participate in our own demise,
like doomed worker bees in a burning hive.
