Singer / Songwriter Terrance Damian spent 10 days writing 10 songs. Those songs were to become his upcoming CD release “A Simple Life”. When describing his music style, Terrance might say “Rock, Folk, Alternative, Country, and Pop” but one thing is for sure. Whatever style you call it, there's no denying that his music is powerful and authentic.

10 Songs In 10 Days

Singer / Songwriter Terrance Damian spent 10 days writing 10 songs. Those songs were to become his upcoming CD release “A Simple Life”. When describing his music style, Terrance might say “Rock, Folk, Alternative, Country, and Pop” but one thing is for sure. Whatever style you call it, there's no denying that his music is powerful and authentic.

The new CD “A Simple Life” may take his fans by surprise. This effort released on his own record label “3000 Records” is a fully produced and professional quality product. It will be available not only online, but also in independent retail stores nationwide. Terrance will be on a US Tour throughout 2007 in support of this CD release. He will play solo at most venues. He is looking forward to performing at music venues throughout the US where he will connect with his audience up close.

“A Simple Life” features other talented Artists on drums, bass, lead guitars, and backing vocals. Artists include: Desi Serna on lead guitars (Author of “How To Teach Guitar” and “Fretboard Theory”). Jim Schwartzentruber on bass guitar. Jim was also the Producer of the CD at his studio (Muddbrother’s). JR laid down the drum tracks (Member of Hip Hop group “Lazy Genius”), Sarah Schemansky (Terrance’s wife) played the jaw harp, and sang backing vocals. These recordings not only featured talented Artists, but Artists who put their heart and soul into this project.

This recent recording effort is truly the mark of a long and positive music career.
However, this does not mark the beginning. Since 2002, Terrance has played over 600 shows, and doesn’t have plans to slow down anytime soon. He toured the country driving a 1973 Plymouth Fury Station Wagon nick named the “Superwagon”. Terrance drove the vehicle for about a year and a half until the vehicle was no longer drivable, but he still misses it! He also recorded a previous CD release using his pen name “Deron 5L (Feivel)” called the “Signature EP”. This CD featured some great acoustic style songs like “Sarah Ann In California” which received airplay on multiple independent stations worldwide. His song “College Town” was featured on a world famous Podcast network called “U-Turn Café”, and still played around US and international colleges. His career dates back to 1994 when he released his first Album (a 12 inch record) under the name “Keystone”. He recorded this Dance/Bass Album mainly for dance clubs, and remembers meeting a much younger “Kid Rock” at a club one night where he handed him a copy of the Album. That record features a then unknown DJ, now the world famous “DJ Godfather”. Terrance also received local airplay on a major local Detroit radio station featuring several songs off that record.

Some of Terrances’s favorite Artists include Shawn Mullins, Glen Phillips (formerly of Toad The Wet Sprocket), Tom Petty, Goo Goo Dolls, John Mellencamp, The Jayhawks, John Denver, Better Than Ezra, Tim McGraw, Foo Fighters, Beatles, Neil Diamond, Sloan (a Rock Band from Canada), and local Detroit Artist S.G. Wood of “The Hummingbirds”, among many other great Artists. He also enjoys listing to unsigned and signed independent Artists of various music styles.
